Is this a good distribution of PhD programs for my credentials?

I'm a senior Neuroscience student and I've submitted a few of my applications so far, I'm applying to cellular and molecular bio PhD programs in my signature, with Stanford and MIT ranking at 1 and 2 respectively for stretch schools and Tufts-Sackler and UTHSCSA ranking at 56 and 82 respectively for safety schools.  The rest are in the 10-30 range.

GPA (overall): 3.04 GPA (major): 3.39 GPA (last 60): 3.11

GRE: 157Q, 161V, 4.5AW

One paper at PLoS Genetics, 4th author, 2nd paper in progress

One poster at same university

3 years experience in bio of aging lab = +1 great recommendation

1 summer research position studying publication networks = +1 good recommendation

3rd recommendation from biochem professor who offered me teaching assistant position

Have I made good school choices or is it too top heavy?

Thanks for looking!
