When to submit

Do most people submit on the deadline, or a week before...a month before? Anyone know?

I've already submitted 2 applications. I'm not entirely sure what the normal submission period is, but I can't see how it would hurt to submit whenever you feel ready/confident in your application.

I don't think it matters much as long as it's in before the deadline. That said, there are reasons not to wait until the last minute in case something unforeseen goes wrong.
