kateglynn Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 I was lucky enough to be admitted the HKS (MPP), SIPA (MPA) and GPPI (MPP). Now the hard part--how do I choose? I am a Japanese-English bilingual military veteran, so my experience lends nicely towards a focus on international security, but not 100% sure that is what my academic concentration will be. My hope (I think) is to eventually work inside the beltway. So far, fellowship offer from SIPA, waiting to hear financial decisions from other two. Any advise? My instinct is the JFK will provide me an exceptional education, outstanding alumni et al, but Georgetown is such a good "in" with the federal gov't... Any thoughts?
twocosmicfish Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Just as a quick note, the new adminstration likes Harvard grads - HKS may provide a good set of contacts for future employment, provided you graduate during this administration...
