I already have a masters in finance and Econ from a top European school. I want to work in multi lateral agencies after my second masters. Given I have a masters already ,and I have done most of the coursework that will be a part of the curriculum at SAIS MA. However, a friend who is pursuing a dual degree at Columbia (MBA/MIA) suggested that I apply to SAIS and GPPI as they have the best networks and contacts at WB, IFC ,more often than not because of the location and alum base. Also SAIS is more generous at giving aid to incoming students than GPPI is.

GPPI MPP will give me chance to study  courses that I haven't done so far.

My quandary lies in the fact that if I get accepted to SAIS and GPPI, and the aid is better at SAIS, then do I choose SAIS over GPPI. Remember I seek a career in International development, and I am indifferent between SAIS and GPPI in terms of reputation.

Please advise.
