Top schools for Biblical Studies and Early Christianity?

I am currently in undergrad at the University of Iowa and was wondering what schools (That aren't ivy league) had the the top programs for Biblical studies and early christianity? I want to intensely study the bible and other works written during early Christianity.

Masters or PhD? That area is very broad. Give us some specifics. Language training, etc.
