Personal Statement and Social Problem Analysis

So, I'm applying to the University of Washington, and I've just finished my personal statement/social problem analysis. This is my first time ever writing a personal statement for graduate school. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in reading my statement and giving me their feedback? The application for early decision is due next week, so I'm anxious to turn it in! I just finished my application today for the University of Washington! I'm no expert on personal statements, but I was fortunate to have a few friends with MSWs and PhDs look mine over and tell me a thing or two. I'm happy to take a look at yours. 

Do you have any idea when to expect to hear back for early decision? UW is my first choice and I'm so anxious to hear!
