Hi friends

 

I'm planning to do a research project and interested in studying the variables PsyCap, perceived organizational support, positive mental health and job performance in an org. Instead of just studying the impact, I'm thinking about the new aspect that I can give to this research and a new contribution that I can make to the field. I need your help on this perspective in terms of discussion. Please pour in your views and discuss what new angle can we give to researches on PsyCap as it has been proved already that it helps in enhancing well-being, productivity and performance.

Before giving views, can you supply brief list of what the existing literature has in this area? I am not that familiar in I/O psych, however, I have immense research experience. Maybe if you told me what has been done, I can ponder ideas of what could be done to make your research stellar !
