If I haven't heard from a school by now,

should I throw the towel in? It's April 1 (in less than 2 hours) and I have not received official correspondence stating acceptance or rejection. I have called and emailed the graduate advisor twice, and still have not gotten even a hint of what is to come - no return of emails and elusive response to my phone call! Ugh - This is driving me crazy! Anybody have any words of wisdom?

I've heard of people hearing late in the game, so I wouldn't completely lose hope. I'm in the same situation w/one program...

Also, I did get an acceptance from one program w/a late deadline just last week.
