Hopephily
I've heard that some programs will hold GRE scores for a while. So that if you're reapplying you don't have to resend them. Anyone know how widespread this practice is? Or which programs offer this? Edited December 21, 2013 by Hopephily
Loric
Mostly the places that centralize your app and data should do this.. but they may purge the info after a rejection because "reasons." You'll have to contact them and ask. Edited December 21, 2013 by Loric
jamc8383
It probably differs. I know that Yale, for example, keeps GRE scores in a "holding" file for two years, but there's nothing to suggest that this is standard practice across the board. Your best bet is to contact the graduate departments individually.
