Best design/illustration schools in Europe (esp the UK and Spain)? :)

I graduated from college a year ago and I'm planning to continue developing my career for the next two years until I pursue my MFA. I'm a graphic designer by day and a freelance illustrator by night. I still haven't decided yet what exactly to pursue (design? illustration? something more research-based?) but I definitely want to study in Europe. 

 

I already know of schools like London's Royal Academy, Cambridge, Camberwell, etc but I wonder if there are other schools I'm missing out on because I'm searching in English. I'm particularly interested in Spain because I loved living there and I want an excuse to spend 1-2 years there (while learning, of course).
