Charleski Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 At the moment I have been admitted to three schools: LSE (International Political Economy); George Washington (International Affairs) and NYU (Global Affairs). A choice between one of these programs will be though, so thoughts or insights are welcome. But, in this thread I would like to focus on NYU. As an international student, I really don't know much about the program, besides the things I have read on their website. So is their anybody with experience with this program, that can provide some lucidity in my otherwise chaotic world? To be more specific, I would like to know about the quality of the taught courses, the academic versus professional focus of the program, the possibility to take up an extra language (there is no language requirement), and the well-talked about connections with the UN. Thanks in advance.
golonghorns Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 check out the other thread on nyu global affairs....watch the open house video on its homepage...."webinar" at the bottom...highly informative...it sounds like a very solid program...i am probably attending actually!
