USC Recommendation Form

Hello, all!

 

I am applying to USC for photography.

 

Does anyone know if the standard form with questions is required in addition to 3 letters of recommendation?

I believe it is a form, but if you do it all online (as they "strongly" recommend) they send everything directly to the recommenders and you don't have to worry about anything else—except, of course, to make sure your recommenders follow through :-)
