deuce_bigalow Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Hi! I recently got accepted to both RIT and NEU for an MS in bioinformatics. Now I have to choose one between the two and I am not sure which one is better. I heard that NEU is a top notch school for business and that RIT is for science. I did my bachelor’s degree in biotech and I come with a strong background in biology and a basic background in programming. Can anyone who knows a bit about the programs give some information regarding: 1. The quality of the program. What's the main focus of the program? 2. Employment after graduating. What type of work? How easy was it to get a job? 3. Research opportunities? Thank you!
2Naqiy Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 I went to RIT for undergrad. didn;t do bioinformatics but RIT's co-op program is second to none--as an RIT grad youll never have to worry about work
