Application Issue

Hello Grad Cafe,

 

I am new to the forum and I am looking for some insight on a problem that occured when filling out an application to a History M.A. program.

 

I attended two insitutions for my undergraduate: a community college, where I took basic transfer courses, and a four-year insitution, where I completed my B.A.. When I was filling out the application, it asked me to provide a degree date for the community college, but I never recieved a degree at this insitution. Unfortunately, I could not continue the application until I put a date in this blank (00/00/0000 was not accepted as an answer), therefore I put 07/04/1776 as a placeholder but accidently left this information in the submitted application.

 

Do you think this will hurt my application?
