This is probably a stupid question.....but I last minute have decided that i want to apply to SDSU's public health program but its due FEB 15TH!! Should I have already submitted my app!? How late is too late!?

You can do it! Make sure your LOR writers know right away and order transcripts/test scores if needed, since that's the part that would be the most time constrained. In my application year, I had thought one school's deadline was early January but at the end of November, I found out that for international students, the deadline was really Dec 1!! So, it's definitely possible to put together an application in about 3 weeks :)

It is absolutely possible! You should certainly apply. If you already have your SOPHAS done then all you will need to do is go ahead and have that designated for SDSU and even if you haven't then it is a cinch to pull all that information together. The positive thing that I've learned from SOPHAS that schools go by the date that you submitted the application to SOPHAS, not the date that SOPHAS actually verified and then sent the application to them. Also, everything for SDSU has different due dates so while the SOPHAS app is due Feb. 15th, the CSU Mentor app isn't due until March 1, and the supporting materials aren't due until April 1st.
