scuttlebutt Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 Hi folks, Anybody have inside access or previous experience with USC concerning this matter: the online app says something along the lines of contact will be made via postal mail and don't bother calling. I was wondering if that meant I should expect a rejection, or if that's merely a statement to deter anxious fingers from dialing the department's number.
