Electrical Engineering: CMU vs NDU for nanoelectronics/IC fabrication

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I have two acceptances so far, and I am either doing circuits or nanoelectronics/fabrication (leaning towards nano).

I think CMU (Carnegie Mellon) has an overall better program, but NDU (Notre Dame) is stronger in what it has (nano science/microelectronics/material/ect). It just beats MIT in establishing a new microelectronics center (http://engineering.nd.edu/centers-institutes/least).

Can anyone compare the two?
