Guest Debating Posted April 15, 2006 Share Posted April 15, 2006 Rutgers is a top 20 school for theory, none of the other two are. Rutgers is also rated better overall than both NC State and McGill, so I'd go there. It's also close to NYC so it's pretty good in terms of locations and I have friends who go there and love it.
