DukeBlueDevil Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Hey all, I am hoping somebody more experienced than I am in grad school applications can at least tell me what this may possibly mean: This particular program I applied in a top tier DC university obviously sent out some decision letters because 4-5 people have entered their results on thegradcafe. I did not receive an e-mail or a phone call and when I check the application web site it says my application is still being processes. I am an international student with a high school diploma as well as an MA degree from a top 10 US university (I realized these rankings matter a lot in grad school discussions) and I don't know why I haven't received anything. Am I their back-up plan? Maybe waitlisted? Maybe they are still debating whether I am a good fit? Thanks
gingin6789 Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 I know some schools roll their acceptances/rejections in waves! Like they'll send out a batch of 4 or 5, wait, and then roll out another batch. I understand why you're anxious, though!! DukeBlueDevil 1
