Any information regarding the Oxford application process for an international student completing an undergraduate degree at a private Christian university would be greatly appreciated! Also, feel free to recommend other good divinity programs.

Unless you are a UK citizen, funding will be difficult to find. 

Everything depends on academic factors though. You will probably get more and better responses if you would post your GPA/GREs/ECs/Languages etc.
