Anyone else still waiting to hear from Rutgers? I called them several weeks ago and ended up talking to the Graduate Director of Admissions for 20/30 minutes. I basically called to see if I was rejected, but she said that I am definitely not rejected, and I'm one of their top candidates. However, they have already admitted several students and they are waiting to hear if they accept/decline and/or if they get more funding. So am I on an informal waitlist (I have received nothing in the mail or email) or was this just bs? Yet she proceeded to talk about my statement of purpose and other parts of my app.

I would like to know before I accept another offer, but it's looking like I'm not going to.

Anyone else in the same position??
