NIH F31 Ruth L. Kirschstein Fellowship

This is a broad fellowship so committee meeting dates might be variable depending on which discipline you applied to but I thought it'd be nice to have a place for people to discuss their application process, how they did (score), and whether they received it or not. I applied during the last cycle, December 8th 2013 on an HIV based project and my committee isn't meeting until March 28th 2014. Has anybody else applied or received this fellowship?
