When were accepted to Northwestern. It seems that there's no post about Northwestern ME this year.

It was actually the first school I heard from. Early January I got the unofficial acceptance and then heard officially about a month ago maybe 3 weeks.

I was told by the professor whom I wrote on my SOP that

he will nominate me for funding and that I will pretty much have 

the tuition and the living costs covered.

do we have to pay for travel when visiting on 7th? Or 

does the department reimburse hotel and travel expenses?

I'm pretty sure all the costs lie with us. Like I said I live in LA currently so it's just a 30 min drive away but I can see where this would cause issues if I was out of state.

Hi, I received an email from Rajit Gadh on 11/02, but I still don't get any admission or rejection. I replied to him that my background is not good match with him, and I indicated that I fit several other professors' research very well.

Have you all been adimitted now?

I received the official acceptance letter via email on February 14th. I was first contacted by other professor

and not Rajit Gadh the day before. 

I would try and email the admission office or ME department.

How was the Open House this Friday? I could not make it and I was wondering if I missed anything important. Did they mention anything about funding? or working with a PI?
