UCLA vs U Wisconsin-Madison

I hvae an admit from U-Wisconsn Madison(funded).

I'm pretty confident that I'll get a UCLA admit too.

 

My research interests are Machine Learning and Computational Biology.

I see that UCLA is ranked at the top almost always, while Madison lags behind.

But I think U Wisconsin is better.

Am I right?

 

 

PS- I know U Wisconsin is harder to land than UCLA, so I'm leaning towards it, but which of these is better?

This is just me, but if all things are even I would definitely consider cost of living! Living is SoCal is very expensive, whereas Wisconsin shouldn't be so bad. So make sure you compare your stipends with that in mind.
