Guest L again Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 PhD/IR and I had offers from WUSTL, GW and Cornell. All would support my dissertation idea, but G'town was willing to give me full transfer credits (I am transferring from another PhD program) so I figured it was worth the cut in placement opportunities as opposed to Cornell in order to finish a few years earlier.
