Help needed in deciding Univ for MS CS fall'09

Hi, I have got three admits for MS Computer Science FAll'09 session - from NorthCarolina St Univ, Univ of Illinois Chicago, and Univ of Pittsburg.

My area of interest in Computer Sc primarily is Databases, DataStructures and Algo but I an open to other areas as well. What I am not looking at is - AI, Robotics, Embedded systems, Graphics, security.

Can anyone please suggest the rankings for these three Universities based on following

1. Academics - according to my area of reserach or in General in Computer SCience

2. Financials - getting TA/RA and cost of Tuiton and Living

3. In general for pursuing MS Computer Sc

Please suggest the rankings early as I have to send confirmations to the universities.
