SofieCat Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 What are everyones thoughts on applying for an MBA program if you already have an existing Master's degree? I'm currently a Masters candidate who would really like to enrich my learning with MBA coursework. It's too late for me to jump ship from my program -- at this stage I just need to see it through. Ideally, I should have applied for a dual degree/joint degree program with the MBA, so I can have two master's degrees in 3 years, but my school does not offer this. And hindsight is 20/20. What is everyones advice on options moving forward? It seems rather silly to go to school for four years for two Masters degrees… such a commitment of time and money.

NITHH Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 (edited) We came across your conversation about joining a master’s degree and would now like to inform you about NIT, Northern Institute of Technology Management in Hamburg (Germany). NIT offers a double degree program, including a Master of Science in Engineering plus an MBA or Master of Arts in Technology Management. This combination is unique in Europe. Studying at NIT means living and learning in an international, multi-cultural atmosphere. Our students and professors come from all over the world, all of our courses are taught in English, and our curricula address the international issues facing today’s businesses. Which might be especially interesting for you is that most of the tuition fees can be covered by scholarships by sponsors. In addition to this, you can rent one of our on-campus apartments. We hope we were able to stir your interest. For further information on NIT and our study programs, please visit our web site at www.nithh.de. Edited April 3, 2014 by NITHH ElCielo 1
