M.P.P at GWU, AU or TAM program at UNC-Chapel Hill

I have been admitted to all three programs for the fall of 2014. I will be graduating in May with a B.A Political Science and minored in Economics (GPA 3.55). I have interest in economic policy as well as international development in terms of the public policy degrees. The Trans Atlantic Masters program at UNC includes a Masters of Political Science concentrated in European Governance and the decision on my application to University of Bremen (Germany) will not be decided until the summer but I believe I have a good shot at getting in. Hypothetically if I did get in then the program would be a dual degree with the opportunity to gain a M.P.P at U Bremen.
My work experience has been in tutoring economics, internship but mostly working low wage jobs to pay for my expenses. My ideal plan for the future is to go on to graduate school and work for a year or two then apply to law school. I also feel if I cannot be admitted into a T14 law school then the point of going would be greatly diminished. I am pursuing graduate school as opportunity to see all the different career options in each sector and have a deeper understanding of what type of career path I want to follow before applying to law school.

Questions I have are:

I don't know if my lack of work experience will be a hindrance to me in public policy school and after graduation or will this not be a big problem?

I feel like UNC academic wise would be better and studying abroad in Germany would be a once in a lifetime opportunity but would these out weigh the benefits in terms of networking and interning from going to school in D.C?

Would a M.P.P from a German university be viewed the same as a U.S M.P.P here in the states?
