SOPHAS Said My Application is Undeliverable

First off, may I just preface this by expressing how much I absolutely despise SOPHAS?!

 

Okay well today they e-mailed me saying that my application was undelivered because I did not include all of the coursework in my coursework section, but when I went to check on this, I saw that I had in fact entered everything. Has his happened to anyone else before? Any ideas on what I should do? Of course I a going to call them ASAP, but I'd still like to know if anyone has gone through this. After all the money I spent, I would hate to have my application delayed because of THEIR mistake. At this point, time is of the essence.
