Is Waiting Worth The Wait?

Is anyone else torn between waiting to hear back from their first-choice and taking the finacial aid package at their close second or third.

I am, and I'm having a very difficult time with it! Actually, what I am having a hard time with is deciding between my two second choices when neither of them offers just what I want.

Unfortunately, as I am waitlisted at my top choice (NYU Wagner) and may not hear anything until May or June, I will have to go ahead and make a decision that I am comfortable with... by tomorrow.

Okay, looks like I'm gonna have to take the $$$ at GWU and hold my breath that Fletcher (no $$$) gets back to me before I pack up and head off to D.C. Is it worth walking away from a fellowship though? Does anyone else feel crazy for not jumping at the money?

Has anybody who was waitlisted anywhere heard back yet? I think HKS said they will update within the next week, which sort of makes me feel like its decision week all over again!
