How is the reputation of EE program at UPenn in American Industry?

Hi everyone, I'm from China. I recently received an admission from the EE master program at Upenn. Upenn has long been my dream school so I am so excited for this result. However, I heard at the same time that graduates from this program cannot easily find a job in America. Can you guys tell me how exactly are the reputation and competence of this program in American industry? Also I would like to know which one employers in America value best? The general ranking of the school or the specialty ranking?(I know self-competence is most important, but let's despite of the factor in this discussion) Can the label 'ivy' strengthen one's background in his future career?
