Help!!! Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MA vs IIT, Chicago

I got admitted to the MS in Data Science Program in these two universities.

 

Can anyone tell how the two colleges fare in general? How good are their computer science and math departments?

Your thoughts will be helpful in making my final decision.
