Shall I inform my best possible POI:

that I have been admitted to other schools and ask her about the possible date of acceptance from her department since the deadline to accepts offers from the other schools is April 15 i.e. just few weeks from now.

 

Do you guys suggest me to send this to my best POI this sort of emails as I am afraid they can even cross the deadline April 15 as per the previous years history in results section?

If you need to make a decision asap, email the graduate administrator and not your POI. Unless your POI is on the admissions committee (and you shouldn't assume that they are) they will likely know nothing about when you might hear. Politely email the grad administrator for your program and ask when you can expect to hear from them about their decision. I would include your application number or student ID number if they gave you one, so they can look it up and see if they've even already made a decision.
