Is it a good choice?: Linguistics and Cognitive Science MA program at University of Delaware

Anyone familiar with this program: Linguistics and Cognitive Science MA program in University of Delaware? I have got the offer.

My ultimate goal is to get a PhD in cognitive psychology. The program coordinator told me it's a PhD oriented program, but one of my friends said most MA students there did not enter a PhD program. 

Would someone like to share anything about this program with me? Anything will be OK.

Talk to the program coordinator to find out what their graduates are doing. They will be able to tell you if their MA grads are in PhD programs and, if so, where.
