Revoke acceptance on failure to take declared classes possible?

Not sure if this is correct forum, but anyway...

Well, I'm not technically accepted, but waitlisted. Just asking in case I am accepted. When I apply to University of Washington I'm supposed to provide a list of classes I took, as well as classes I planned to take that is related in the field. So I provided 3 classes that I will take in the next 2 semester (school on 3 semester system), 1 on the semester that I just finished, and 2 on the next one. All the classes are advanced classes in the field, but none are required for the major.

I did took that 1 classes. It's a professor that I had never have classes before with, due to freak coincident I guess... Anyway, my experience was horrible. I dislike that professor so, so much. I got an A, but that was despite the teaching, not because of it, because I got confused by everything, and have to struggle through by asking for help on Stackexchange and reading books on my own. So I was planning to not take the next 2 classes, since it's taught by that professor too. If I do not take these 2, then I am able to take 2 other classes which are marginally related to the field with the same time slot.

But I am worried. Since I'm not accepted yet but on wait list, I do not even know what their offer would condition on if I do. Obviously, I'm still graduating with the correct major. But if I got accepted condition on me taking the required course, it might be revoked.

Any ideas?

It's probably not a big deal, but I agree that you should probably let them know about the change. However, I think you should wait until after they accept you before you let them know, since it doesn't matter at all if you end up rejected.

^No, you should let them know now

You are applying under the pretext that you will be taking those courses. If they do accept you, they will be accepting you under the impression that you are currently enrolled in those classes, unless you inform them otherwise. It might not be a big deal, but they would technically be admitting you under false information. You wouldn't want that risk would you? Plus, letting them know now wouldn't exactly be a blip in your application (at least that's the way it seems to me) as long as the courses you're replacing them with are of comparable quality.

If you end up getting rejected, it obviously wouldn't have mattered, but since you still have a shot at getting accepted, let them know as soon as you can.
