I got into to two strong MA programs in my field. School A is offering assistantship/funding and school B isn't. If I accept the offer from school a BEFORE April 15 and school B offers funding after that, would I be able to accept the offer from school B? My understanding of the policy is that offers accepted AFTER April 15 are legally binding. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
readallthethings Posted April 5, 2014 Share Posted April 5, 2014 I'm pretty sure that you can still back out of an offer so long as it's still before the 15th, although I do think you'd still need to email the first school and ask them to "release" you so that you can accept the other school's potential offer.
