danhuang Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 I got admission from 2014 Fall ChemE program Oregon State University. First round of funding offer has been sent, and I am not in the list. If I take this admission, is there any possibility I can get funding in the second year or anytime during PhD. What is the difference between offer and admission?
