Guys on friday the university informed me that the decision was sent be mail. However, I just discovered that the mailing address that I wrote in the application is my home address and the post office doesn't deliver mail here and if the mail is not registered there is a high chance that it will be lost. What can I do? Anyone knows if university decision mails are registered or not?

Also i will send the university my email and give them my pobox maybe they can send me the letter again.

Just call them. In these situations email is a secondary form of communication. It's possible they will resend the letter, but they might be able to tell you over the phone.
