TAMU, UF or VT for PhD in Urban Planning

Ok, so I got accepted to SUNY Buffalo, Texas A&M, University of Florida and Virginia Tech. I am short listing it to UF and VT.

 

Advisors in both UF and VT are great, and although with different educational backgrounds, I can find a good fit for my research interests, which are Cities Resilience and Sustainable Planning.

 

I am from Brazil, so the international approach of UF is great. But I don't really know much about the program rankings, university reputation, and things like that.

 

Does anyone has some inputs about these universities and/or programs?
