May I choose the school, which offers me acceptance before updating new application form

Hi all,

 

I was accepted as one of my desired university.

 

However, I wonders they have not reviewed my application form with my updated CV.

 

Actually, I have cancelled my oral presentation which was written on my submitted application form,

Since the content of my CV had changed, cancelled presentation is no more my achievement, I sent my revised CV, the version without canceled presentation, to the admission officer. (,and called after I notice the acceptance notice) However, my application form was not updated when I find acceptance notice.

 

My question is that  

"May I choose the school, which offers me acceptance before updating new application form"
