Switch from MPH to MHA?

Hi there!

 

I've been accepted to many MPH programs specializing in Health Administration. However, I made a mistake and wish I applied to MHA programs instead. Is it easy to switch from MPH and MHA say after a semester in MPH program? Would I have to send a brand new application? If anyone has any experience with this, please let me know!

It depends on your school (whether or not the degrees are given under the same department or not), so ask your advisor.   The programs may also have different admission requirements; like my school.   I am currently in a MHA program.   What is your future career goal?  Why are you desiring to switch?

So is an MHA and an MPH in Healthcare Management/Administration not the same thing?
