Masdar Institute of Science and Technology - When should I expect to hear back?

Does anyone know how long does it take for them to process applications? I just applied on 28th May. The dealine was 31st May.

I applied to masdar for spring 2015 semester. The deadline was 15 Nov. 2014. They emailed me on 13 Nov (02 days before the closing date) that my application was rejected. When I asked them, they told me my status was "Wait list". They also said that if I wasn't informed by the end of December, I wasn't admitted.

Do you have any idea about the amount of stipend they pay? I have applied for PhD Microsystems.

Yes they asked me to submit additional details about me. Sent me few forms and supporting documents to submit with that form. But they explicitly mentioned that this does not mean admission offer. I am not sure what it is.
