TOEFL - Score select Option ??

Hi,

 

I am thinking to attempt TOEFL again to raise my score. I have a score of 87 which doesn't seem to full fill the need given my low GRE verbal. So I was wondering whether there is a score select option too in the TOEFL section, which allow us to send score which we want. What if I perform poor than the last time ? Do I still hold the chance of sending the old score or I will lose it once I get the new score.

 

Please let me know your thoughts, any kind of help would be highly appreciated.

I think it's up to the universities you want to apply, some accept IELTS score too but some only accept TOEFL score.
