Exam in 3 weeks. Practice exam score are still looking bad

Practice test I have done over the past month 

Aug 3                Manhattan prep  Q: 156  V:149 

Aug 19              PowerPrep1        Q: 158  V:141

Sep 1                Magoosh             Q: 155: V:140

 

 

 

I have been study GRE for the last three months. It seems like I can only score around 300. I am an international student. My problem is I can barely understand the multiple choice on verbal section, so I can only score 20-30%.  My exam is on Sep 20, I have less than 3 weeks for improve my score. I need some advice on my study plan.

You don't have much time so I advise you to memorize as many words as possible, particularly the words that commonly come up on the GRE.
