Reapplying to same universities this year! Do my professors need to change the LORs?

Hi. I am reapplying to 2 same unis which I applied last year! Do my professors need to change the LOR they wrote for me last year? They will make some minor changes now that I've graduated but my question is do they need to redraft the whole thing?

Have you done anything meaningful since you past applied? If the answer is (hopefully) yes, then the professors' letters should reflect that (if they were part of that meaningful work).
