UPromise Mastercard

Does anyone know if the UPromise Bank of America Mastercards are a good deal, particularly for grad school savings?

I was looking at this too, not the mastercard, but at UPromise. Apparently you can register your grocery cards on there and get cash back for various purchases made online, at restaurants, etc. It sounds pretty good. Anyone tried it?

I actually just signed up for a credit card with BoA (which is my current bank anyway) and they have this cool feature where you can chat with a customer service rep. online and ask questions about the card. I ended up getting a BoA Visa Signature Card, but the UPromise looks good as well. They were very helpful in the process though.
