Best funded MLIS students?

Does anyone have information on which MLIS programs are most likely to fund their students?

UIUC offers graduate assistantships which come with a monthly stipend and a tuition waiver. You still have to pay student fees but I did not need to take out any loans with a GA position. However, these are pretty competitive. These positions have nothing to do with your application to the school. Once you are accepted to the school you can begin applying to the positions that will be available for the coming academic year.
