Low Verbal 146, Average Quantitative 163, Low GPA 2.93

I have graduated from Lahore University of Management Sciences(LUMS), Pakistan with a degree of Bachelors in Computer Science and CGPA 2.93. I want to pursue my Masters degree from US in Computer Science. Are my score decent enough to get into any average ranked university in the US? Or will I have to retake GRE?

You should probably retake the GRE since both your GRE and GPA currently are low.  I feel like you can get away with one of them being below average but not both.

How was your quant. did it mirror what was on the power prep software. Heard it's getting tougher.

I used Magoosh to prep, and my actual scores mirrored exactly what the practice tests told me.
