Helixxenos Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Hello, I am making my resume for graduate school. I am wondering how I should list my GPA. I am currently in my last semester of my undergrad and will have more grades which will change my currently GPA but my first applications will be due before I get those grades. Should I just list them as is on my resume and note that the number is not the total? Thanks for any help y'all can provide!
fuzzylogician Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 You can always just say "current GPA" or some such, so no one should be confused.
RCtheSS Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 I would keep it at "Cumulative GPA" or "Major GPA" and would not otherwise that you have pending grades. Assuming you're also sending a copy of your current transcript with your applications, admissions should recognize that you're still in the process of completing your classes, and may ask for an official transcript once all grades are final and reported.
