I'm going to guess not. If you're out there, though, I'd love to hear from you...since there are like fifteen of us in the specialty. ;)

Anglo-Saxonist in terms of Arthurian, but leaning more toward any up-to-Malory Arthurian. I do prefer Old to Middle English, and love the utter despair of the poetry and the lack of comitatus. (God, I can't spell tonight.) Where you headed? :)

hey! I'm sort of a would-be Anglo-Saxonist ... I've just finished my undergrad and I'm taking a year or two out as an organist/choir director(!) while figuring out where to specialise. It'll be medieval or Renaissance but I can't decide which :)

there are so many things to love about Old English poetry, and I have a hard time expressing exactly what that quality is that I love the most. I have some tough decisions ahead ...

Hey! Good to hear some responses! :) I'm working on Old English lyric form, which is my favorite thing in the world at the moment. I love the mood of the poetry, too, especially the shorter poems.
